During the third quarter of 2024, the top-down games category on the Android platform in Sweden showcased diverse performance trends, as revealed by Sensor Tower data. Here's a closer look at the top five applications in this category:

Block Blast! from Hungry Studio saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, peaking at about 11.7K in mid-August. Active users mirrored this growth, rising from 24.9K at the start of July to a high of 38.6K in early September. Despite these gains, the app did not generate any weekly revenue during the quarter.

Offline Games - No Wifi Games by JindoBlu experienced a peak in weekly downloads at 6.7K in late July, followed by a steady decline to 1.9K by the end of September. Active users increased to 19.7K at the end of July, before decreasing gradually to around 15.1K. Revenue peaked at $159 in late July before tapering off to $39 by the end of the quarter.

Supercell's Brawl Stars maintained a steady presence with weekly revenues fluctuating between $15K and $24K, peaking in early September. Downloads saw a brief surge to 4.6K in early September, while active users showed a slight downward trend, ending the quarter at approximately 142K.

Whiteout Survival from Century Games PTE. LTD. demonstrated robust revenue growth, reaching $27K in late September. Weekly downloads peaked at 3.9K at the end of August. Active users increased consistently, climbing from 8.3K in early July to 13.1K by early September.

Lastly, Snake Clash! by Supercent, Inc. maintained modest revenue, peaking at $361 in mid-July. Downloads started strong at 3.4K in late July but decreased to roughly 1.5K by quarter's end. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at around 14.7K in late July before settling at 11.8K.
